The majority of skilled talents should study hard and drill deeply, cherish the opportunity of vocational training and skill competition, aim at a higher competition platform, and practice hardcore skills. Each plant/department should improve the incentive policy for skilled personnel, actively host and organize staff to participate in the provincial and municipal level as well as industry-organized skills competitions, and promote outstanding talent to stand out. At the same time, we should seriously total the experience of various competitions, strengthen the integration of business goal guidance, actively innovate the competition projects, and constantly improve the value of the results, so that the labor and skill competitions become an important platform for the selection and training of the company's talents in the new period.
Race Review
Since the skills competition, the company set up the event organizing committee at the first time, fully responsible for organizing the competition, each plant/department attaches great importance to actively select the best participation in the contest, composed of nine teams, a total of 112 contestants and 25 judges.

The competition adopts the form of skills competition, a total of deburring, welding, machining, three-coordinate programming, molds, product appearance of the full inspection, packaging, forklift and other 8 major competitive projects, for the units to build a platform for mutual exchanges, learning from each other, to improve the skills of the staff to learn the technology, the enthusiasm of the strong skills, and to further strengthen the construction of skilled personnel team.
Race Highlights
After a day of fierce competition, Yuan Yuehui from the second plant, Weiqing from the third plant, and Li Sha from the second plant, won the first, second and third place respectively in the deburring competition, and were awarded the titles and bonuses of Skill Star, Skill Pioneer and Skillful Worker.
Liu Chengxu from Plant 9 Machine Processing, Xiao Zongjiang from Plant 6, and Ren Feng from Plant 6, won the first, second and third place in the welding competition, and were awarded the titles and prizes of Skill Star, Skill Pioneer and Skillful Worker.
Zhang Jianfeng, Meng Shiyu and Huang Jianing from the Machine Processing Technology Center; Fan Zhao, Ge Eining and Zhu Youbin from the three or four factories; and Wei Jinli, Zhao Sheng and Li Huafei from the eight factories were awarded the first, second and third runner-ups of the Machine Processing Competition, and were awarded the titles and prizes of Skill Star, Skill Pioneer and Skillful Worker.
Cao Quanhai from Plant 3-4, Li Hengxi from Plant 5 and Zhu Yinqiao from Plant 8 won the first, second and third runner-up of the three-coordinate competition, and were awarded the titles and bonuses of Skill Star, Skill Pioneer and Skillful Worker.
Ma Yiwei from the mold factory, Gao Mingli from the second factory, and Li Jun from the second factory won the first, second and third place in the mold competition, and were awarded the titles and bonuses of Skill Star, Skill Pioneer and Skillful Worker.
Wen Yunliao from Plant 8, Jiao Xinwei from Plant 5, and Xu Kai from Plant 3-4 won the first, second and third place in the forklift competition, and were awarded the titles and prizes of Skill Star, Skill Pioneer and Skillful Worker.
Benchmark Factory
Finally, Xusheng Plant 5, which ranked first in the medal table, was awarded the mobile honorary title of “Skill Benchmarking Plant”. (This honor will be transferred according to the medal list in 2025.)
